知识经济给人最大的启示是人才。在风云变幻的IT界,不但造就了一大批科技精英,形成了高科技人才汇聚的“高地”,也造就了一批眼光独到、富有创新精神的企业家。这些企业家们不但精通技术,要善于管理。用好、管好这些高科技人才,是老总们的第一要务。在大量的实践工作中,他们形成了自己独有的人才理念和用人思想,许多都闪烁着智慧的光辉,值得我们借鉴。
Knowledge economy gives the greatest inspiration is talent. In a rapidly changing IT world, not only has it created a large number of scientific and technological elites, formed a “high ground” where high-tech professionals come together, but also created a number of unique and innovative entrepreneurs. These entrepreneurs not only proficient in technology, should be good at management. Good, good management of these high-tech talent, CEOs are the number one priority.
