把协同创新思想引入研究生党建工作中,不断优化研究生党建工作模式。在组织形式上,探索研究生党支部与教师党支部的协同共建,促进师生间的良好互动。在活动方式上,探索研究生党支部与社区、企事业单位、科研院所等基层党支部协同共建,为研究生成长成才提供更为广阔的实践平台。在工作方法上,要建立相互支持的工作队伍,要运用多元互补的工作手段,不断提高党建工作实效。
The idea of collaborative innovation into the party construction work of graduate students, and constantly optimize the work of the party construction model. In the form of organization, we should explore the synergetic co-construction of graduate student party branch and teachers’ party branch to promote the good interaction between teachers and students. On the way of activities, we should explore that the postgraduate student party branch and the grass-roots party branch and so on community, enterprises and institutions, research institutes and other branches to work together to provide a broader platform for graduate students to grow. In terms of working methods, it is necessary to establish mutually supportive work teams, and to use diversified and complementary means of work to constantly improve the effectiveness of party building.
