摘自清华大学机械工程系研究生周昭喜的博士学位论文,导师:柳百成 本文用多种测试方法考察了石墨的偏振光特征、石墨的热氧腐蚀条纹和离子刻蚀条纹变化的规律。用透射电镜研究了前人在铸铁石墨晶体位向游定方法上的准确性。结果表明,石墨在偏振光照射下的明暗区交线方向大体垂直于石墨的基面方向,从偏光特征可以粗略判断石墨的基面位向。热氧腐蚀条纹位向与石墨基面剖面线基本一致,随着腐蚀温度的提高或腐蚀时间的延长,球铁试样上先出现近似平行的
Taken from Zhou Zhaoxi, a Graduate Student in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University, China Abstract: Polarized light characteristics of graphite, thermal oxygen corrosion stripes of graphite and ion striation variations were investigated by various testing methods. Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the veracity of the method of determining the orientation of cast iron graphite crystal. The results show that the line of intersection of the bright and dark areas of graphite irradiated by polarized light is generally perpendicular to the direction of the base surface of graphite, and the basis orientation of graphite can be roughly judged from the polarized light characteristics. The thermal oxygen corrosion striation orientation is basically the same as that of the graphite base profile, and with the increase of the corrosion temperature or the corrosion time, the samples of ductile iron appear approximately parallel first
