吲哚-3-甲醇(indole-3-carbinol,I3C)是一种广泛存在于十字花科芸苔属蔬菜中的植物化学物,3,3’-二吲哚甲烷(3,3’-diindolylmethane,DIM)为其主要代谢物。近年来,DIM的生物学作用,尤其是抗肿瘤作用得到了学术界的广泛关注,多项研究显示其可通过影响细胞周期、细胞生长、炎症等信号转导通路抑制恶性肿瘤生长、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,表现出了较强的肿瘤化学预防效应和抗肿瘤效应及在肿瘤防治方面的潜在应用价值。本文对DIM的抗肿瘤作用及其机制研究概况进行综述。
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a phytochemical widely found in cruciferous Brassica vegetables. 3,3’-diindolylmethane , DIM) as its major metabolite. In recent years, the biological effects of DIM, especially its anti-tumor effect, have drawn much attention in the academic field. A number of studies have shown that DIM can inhibit the growth of malignant tumors by affecting signal transduction pathways such as cell cycle, cell growth and inflammation and induce tumor cells Apoptosis, showing a strong chemopreventive effect of cancer and anti-tumor effect and potential value in the prevention and treatment of cancer. This article summarizes the anti-tumor effect of DIM and its mechanism study.
