国家经贸委、国家体改委、劳动部联合发出通知,颁布《国有企业厂长(经理)奖惩办法》,自发布日起施行。《办法》指出,为明确企业经营者责、权、利关系,强化国有企业厂长(经理)的经营责任,完善对厂长的激励机制和约束机制,造就一支高素质的企业家队伍,特制定本办法。《办法》规定了对厂长(经理)的考核的内容:(一)思想政治表现(职业道德、遵纪守法以及对党和国家重大决策的贯彻实施情况等)。
