目的:运用过度学习原理探讨提高高职护生基础护理操作学习效果的训练方法。方法:随机选取我校2014级高职护理专业两个班分为实验组和对照组,两组总学时相同,每项操作训练后运用本校编写的《护理技术操作评分标准》进行考核。结果:实验组的6项操作考核成绩以及对训练方法的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:“过度学习原理”用于高职基础护理操作课堂中,能有效提高学生护理操作技能的学习效果。
Objective: To explore the training method to improve the effect of basic nursing operation learning in high vocational school students by means of over-study principle. Methods: Two classes of nursing professional in 2014 senior high vocational schools of our school were randomly selected into experimental group and control group. The total duration of the two classes was the same. After each operation training, the assessment standard of nursing technical operation was used. Results: The scores of six test scores and the satisfaction of training methods in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: “Over-learning principle ” is used in the basic nursing operation class of higher vocational education, which can effectively improve the learning effect of nursing operation skills of students.
