针对某矿井提升机井架异常振动现象,根据振动测试原理,设计了测试方案和测试流程。对某矿井驱动装置和井架等采取静态振动测试,提升机运行采取动态测试。通过信号的时域和频域分析,得出提升系统振动现象是由电磁振动、机械振动和主绳振动形成共振,致使系统的振动增大的结论。所得测试数据和分析结果对矿井提升系统的优化设计、检测与运行管理有指导意义。
Aiming at the abnormal vibration of the derrick of a mine hoist, according to the principle of vibration test, the test scheme and the testing procedure are designed. On a mine drive and derrick to take static vibration test, hoist operation to take a dynamic test. Through the analysis of time and frequency domain signals, it is concluded that increasing the system vibration is caused by electromagnetic vibration, mechanical vibration and main rope vibration, which leads to the increase of system vibration. The obtained test data and analysis results are of guiding significance to the optimization design, testing and operation management of mine hoisting system.
