我厂200t/d系列目前使用φ500×1500mm搅拌桶,原叶轮直径φ300mm,几年来实践证明,搅拌能力不强,并且经常压槽,磨损快,特别是1989年1—4月份,每月更换叶轮每个系列3—4个。每月停车时间占磨浮工段停车总时50％左右,严重影响设备运转率。又因搅拌能力差,严重影响浮选指标,为此,广大技术人员和工人在长期的生产实践中总结经验,自制搅拌叶轮,并使之用于生产,取得良好的效果。
I plant 200t / d series currently used φ500 × 1500mm mixing drum, the original impeller diameter φ300mm, practice proved over the years, mixing ability is not strong, and often pressure groove, wear fast, especially in January-April 1989, the monthly replacement of the impeller 3-4 per series. The monthly parking time accounts for about 50% of the total flooding section parking, seriously affecting the equipment operation rate. Due to poor mixing ability and severe influence on the flotation index, vast numbers of technicians and workers summed up their experience in long-term production practice and made impeller for mixing and made it into production with good results.
