目前,多层砌体结构房屋是我国的主要建筑形式,多层砌体结构按抗震要求,必须设置钢筋混凝土圈梁和构造柱。在实际工作中,由于施工中存在的一些问题,致使圈梁和构造柱的施工质量得不到保证,造成了质量缺陷,影响了建筑物的抗震性能和使用寿命,而且还存在着安全隐患,不能起到抗震作用,因而我们要重视圈梁和构造柱施工质量,保证建筑物的安全。本文从钢筋工程、模板工程和混凝土工程各个施工环节总结分析了砌体结构中圈梁和构造柱施工过程中经常出现的一些质量问题,而且有针对性的提出了预防和整治的措施同大家探讨,对于提高施工质量、保证建筑物的抗震性能和使用寿命,提供了解决的方法。
