猕猴桃普通扦插苗移栽由于受高温强光的影响,成活率低(平均移栽成活率只50%左右),缓苗期长,当年出圃率低。为了解决这些问题,我所于1987—1988年采用容器扦插育苗的办法,收到了良好的效果。 一、试验材料和方法 1、试验材料 供试猕猴桃材料为三年生的武植3号、三峡1号和海沃特等三个雌性品种(系),以及80—4和58号雄树。 2、插床设置 在背风向阳处设置东西走向挖砌插床,宽1.2米,深0.4米,床缘高出地面0.2米,苗床底部中间设一条宽30厘米,深20厘米的暗沟。然后铺0.3米的卵石,中部铺0.2米的中粒河沙,沙床上部排带孔容器薄膜袋,容器袋长10厘米,宽5厘米,厚0.01毫米,底部打2个滤水孔,袋内下部装营养土,上部装4—5厘米的细河沙。对照的沙床上部铺0.1米厚的细河沙。
