皂角甙是甾体和三萜系化合物的配糖体,具有杀精剂的性质。采用石油醚(60～80℃)和90％的乙醇从金合欢种子中分离出两种水溶性皂甙(Tg)并以此为实验材料进行了几方面的杀精子实验研究。以改良的Sander-Cramer法进行杀精实验。
Saponins are glycosides of steroidal and triterpenoid compounds and have spermicidal properties. Two kinds of water-soluble saponin (Tg) were isolated from Acacia seed with petroleum ether (60-80 ℃) and 90% ethanol. Several experimental studies on spermicidal activity were carried out. A spermicidal experiment with the modified Sander-Cramer method.
