职业指导与职业道德教育、职业知识传授、职业技能培养共同组成职业教育四大板块,是提高职校生整体素质,提高他们就业能力和社会适应能力的不可缺少的组成部分。在计划经济向市场经济转型的时期,职业指导对于相对处于就业弱势的职校生来说,是帮助他们认清就业形势,调整择业观念,维护自身权益的需要,是主动适应市场经济和劳动就业制度改革的需要,从而使他们以稳定的心态在变化了的社会结构中适应环境,找到自己的位置。我校作为上海中心城区一所较早探索职业指导的职校,在这方面已初步形成了适应本区域特点的职业指导体系。
Vocational guidance and professional ethics education, vocational knowledge and vocational skills training together to form the four major sections of vocational education is to improve the overall quality of vocational school students and improve their employability and social adaptability of an indispensable component. During the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, career guidance is necessary for vocational school leavers who are in a disadvantaged position to find out the employment situation, readjust their employment concepts and safeguard their own rights and interests. They are actively adapting themselves to the market economy and the labor and employment system So as to enable them to adapt their environment and find their place in a changing social structure with a steady state of mind. As an early vocational school in Shanghai downtown, our school has initially formed a career guidance system that adapts to the characteristics of this region.
