1983年10月至翌年4月间,本市东郊区务本村发生一次斑疹伤寒流行,共发病87例。经临床表现、流行特征及血清学等调查,证实为鼠型斑疹伤寒,这是本病在我市首次被确定。兹将调查结果报告如下:
Between October 1983 and April of the following year, a typhus epidemic occurred in the village of Benben in the eastern suburbs of the city, with a total of 87 cases. The clinical manifestations, epidemiological characteristics and serological investigations, confirmed as murine typhus, which is the first time the disease was identified in our city.
