在我国传统的饮食文化审美原则中,“美食需配美器”将会主导餐具设计,并成为引导餐具设计理念的重要因素。婚宴餐具不仅限于人们对餐具使用上的满足,也应尽可能的挖掘其彰显文化特色、突出使用环境等方面的功能,来满足人们越来越多的精神层面的需求。本文针对赣菜中传统的饮食文化及西方的一些婚宴习俗,以赣菜婚宴为例,对婚宴餐具进行调研,并展开分析和一些美学思考。
In our country’s traditional aesthetic principles of food culture, “food should be equipped with ” will dominate the tableware design, and has become an important factor in guiding the concept of tableware design. Wedding tableware is not limited to people’s satisfaction with the use of tableware, but also should explore as much as possible to highlight its cultural characteristics, highlighting the use of the environment and other functions to meet people’s spiritual needs more and more. This article aims at the traditional food culture in Jiangxi cuisine and some wedding customs in the West. Taking Jiangxi wedding as an example, this paper investigates the wedding tableware, and analyzes and some aesthetic considerations.
