本文提出了一种主动式扭振动力减振器,为提高内燃机减振性能探索新的途径。减振器固有频率是可以调谐的,并等于干扰频率,因而在减振器无阻尼时,主系统位移恒等于零,减振器具有减振惯量小,工作范围宽,对阻尼参数不敏感等优点,因而适合于扰频变化较大而对减振效果又有较高要求的场合。给出了参数确定公式,并从理论上探讨了将减振器用于8V-130柴油机曲轴系统的减振效果。
In this paper, an active torsional vibration damper is proposed to explore a new way to improve the damping performance of internal combustion engine. The natural frequency of the shock absorber is tunable and equal to the interference frequency. Therefore, when the shock absorber is undamped, the displacement of the main system is always equal to zero. The shock absorber has the advantages of small damping inertia, wide working range and insensitive to damping parameters , Which is suitable for large changes in the scramble and damping effect of the higher requirements of the occasion. The parameter determination formula is given, and the vibration reduction effect of the shock absorber on 8V-130 diesel engine crankshaft system is theoretically discussed.
