随着我国教育教学改革的不断深入,在大学阶段进行一定的实习已经成为各高校必要的教学手段。尤其对于旅游管理专业的本科学生而言,进行酒店实习是不可或缺的,同时,它还是要将自己所学的基础理论、专业知识与实际相结合的过程。本文从旅游管理专业进行实习的重要性进行分析,在此基础上探析现代酒店实习生的实习现状,并且给予其一定的建议,对酒店和学校具有一定指导意义。 With the continuous deepening of education and teaching reform in our country, some internships at the university level have become the necessary teaching methods for all colleges and universities. Especially for undergraduate students majoring in tourism management, hotel internship is indispensable. At the same time, it is a process of combining the basic theory, professional knowledge and reality they have learned. Based on the analysis of the importance of internship in tourism management major, this paper analyzes the current situation of internship in modern hotel intern, and gives some advice to them, which is of guiding significance for hotels and schools.
