目的:探讨血浆25羟维生素D3(25OHD3)、骨钙素(osteocalcin,OCN)和侵袭性牙周炎(aggressive periodontitis,AgP)的关系。方法:选取34例AgP患者和29例牙周健康者,抽取空腹静脉血,采用放射免疫法测定血浆中25OHD3和OCN,全自动血生化仪分析血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(asparate aminotransferase,AST),比较两组的差异,并分析各组血浆25OHD3和OCN的相关性。结果:AgP患者血浆25OHD3的水平为8.65μg/L,高于健康对照者(3.10μg/L,P<0.01);AgP患者血浆OCN的水平(1.0μg/L)高于健康对照者(0.8μg/L,P=0.028);AgP患者血清AST水平为20.0 U/L,低于健康对照者(23.0U/L,P=0.049)。血浆25OHD3和OCN水平在AgP患者和健康者中均未发现相关关系(r=0.271,P=0.12;r=-0.356,P=0.58)。结论:AgP患者血浆25OHD3和OCN水平未见相关,其升高可能与牙周炎有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25OHD3), osteocalcin (OCN) and aggressive periodontitis (AgP). Methods: 34 patients with AgP and 29 healthy people with periodontal health were selected for fasting venous blood. 25OHD3 and OCN in plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) And asparagine aminotransferase (AST) were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between plasma 25OHD3 and OCN in each group was analyzed. Results: The plasma levels of 25OHD3 in AgP patients were 8.65μg / L, higher than those in healthy controls (3.10μg / L, P <0.01). The levels of plasma OCN in patients with AgP (1.0μg / L) were significantly higher than those in healthy controls /L,P=0.028). The level of serum AST in patients with AgP was 20.0 U / L, which was lower than that of healthy controls (23.0U / L, P = 0.049). No correlation was found between plasma 25OHD3 and OCN levels in patients with AgP and healthy controls (r = 0.271, P = 0.12; r = -0.356, P = 0.58). Conclusion: There is no correlation between plasma 25OHD3 levels and OCN levels in patients with AgP, which may be related to periodontitis.
