在一台小型TEACO2激光器上采用光栅调谐的方法获得了从9.23~10.64μm范围的多谱线输出,其中7条最强的谱线用非线性光学晶体AgGaSe2实现了二次谐波转换。在基波聚焦情况下,用一片优质的14mm长的晶体,获得了R(14)跃迁10.288μm的26%倍颇能量转换效率。
Multi-spectral output from 9.23 ~ 10.64μm was obtained by using a grating tuning method on a small TEACO2 laser. Among the seven most intense lines, the nonlinear optical crystal AgGaSe2 was used to realize the second harmonic conversion . In the case of fundamental focusing, a good 14 mm long crystal was used, yielding 26% of the energy conversion efficiency of an R (14) transition of 10.288 μm.
