随着高等院校教育教学改革深入推进,如何提高教学对象第一岗位任职能力,完善现有教育教学体系已成为当前高等院校教育工作者需要研究解决的重点问题。本文从教学目标、教学内容、教学对象、教学组织、教学考评及教学队伍六个方面入手,对当前高等院校岗位任职教育教学特点进行了细致分析,对如何优化现有教学体系,全面提高教学对象岗位任职能力和素质,夯实教学对象可持续学习和发展的基础提供了智力支持。
With the deepening of education and teaching reform in higher education, how to improve the ability to serve the first position of teaching object and improve the existing education and teaching system have become the key issues that college educators need to study and solve nowadays.
