本文通过临床观察32例患者,与对照组比较,表明联用丁咯地尔及血塞通注射液等中西结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN),较常规西医营养神经等治疗效果更好(P<0.01),对改善症状显示了更好的临床治疗前景,值得临床推广。
In this paper, clinical observation of 32 patients, compared with the control group, the combination of buflomedil and Xuesaitong injection of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), compared with conventional Western nutrition and other neurotrophic therapies better (P <0.01), showing better clinical treatment prospects for improvement of symptoms, worthy of clinical promotion.
