在福柯的思想体系中,辖治术是他提出的一个重要理论和研究视角,也是其后结构主义思想的集中体现。经过多年的发展和传承,特别是在“后福柯”时代的发展,辖治术已经从一个概念发展为一套系统的研究方法,并开始在全世界范围内以其独特的视角对社会各个领域进行审视和剖析,成为了当代理性批判的重要维度之一。对辖治术概念及其应用的探讨不仅有助于我们了解西方国家的辖制实践,也有助于我们反思和探索当代中国的治理道路。
In Foucault’s thought system, Jurisprudence is an important theory and research point of view proposed by him and also a concentrated reflection of the post-structuralism thoughts. After years of development and inheritance, especially in the post-Foucault era, jurisprudence has evolved from a concept into a systematic approach to research and has begun to give its unique perspective all over the world It has become one of the important dimensions of contemporary rational critique to examine and analyze in all fields of society. The exploration of the concept of Jurisdiction and its application not only helps us to understand the governing practices of Western countries, but also helps us to reflect and explore the governance path of contemporary China.
