中国共产党第十四次全国代表大会确立了我国九十年代经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,以利于进一步解放和发展生产力。十四大以后,神州大地掀起了改革开放新的大潮,社会主义市场经济体制正在逐步建立。作为在改革开放中蓬勃发展起来的我国年鉴事业,如何适应市场经济这一新体制的需要,把握有利时机,使其逐步走向市场,更好地为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务,是当前摆在我们每个年鉴工作者面前的首要任务。本人想就 The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established that the goal of China’s economic restructuring in the 1990s is to establish a socialist market economic system so as to facilitate the further emancipation and development of productive forces. After the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the great land of China opened a new tide of reform and opening up. The socialist market economic system is being gradually established. As the yearbook industry in our country, which is booming during the course of reform and opening up, how to adapt to the needs of a new system of market economy, seize the favorable opportunity, gradually move toward the market and serve the reform, opening up and socialist modernization better? Top priority for each of our Yearbook workers. I think so
