Objective To understand the changes of liver and kidney function after returning to the plain in the hypoxia environment of migrant plateau and to explore the effect of altitude adaptation on the liver and kidney function of healthy people. Methods The healthy officers and soldiers who entered the training in the plateau for the first time for 7 months were selected as the observation objects. Urinary routine analysis and serum liver and kidney function tests were performed on the day after the resumption of training and 1 month after the resumption of training. The results of two time points were compared difference. Results On the day of desensitization, urinary routine analysis and serum liver and kidney function were abnormal. Among them, total bilirubin (44.19%), urinary albumin abnormality (32.10%) and uric acid increased (26.74%) were most common After 1 month of return to the plain, the urine routine test indexes were significantly improved, but alanine aminotransferase and uric acid on the contrary increased (P <0.05). Conclusion The plateau hypoxia environment has some damage to the liver and kidney function of healthy people. After returning to the plain, some individuals can not recover themselves, and some drug intervention is needed during the process of withdrawal.
