通过摩擦磨损试验及轮廓仪测算出磨损路程、磨损圈槽截面面积、磨损圈槽体积,最后计算出磨损率来分析不同样品在耐磨性能上的差异,并结合磨损表面形貌和摩擦因数综合分析了新型非调质预硬塑料模具钢与标准调质预硬塑料模具钢(P20钢)的耐磨擦磨损性能。结果表明,非调质钢的3个样品中,空冷的耐磨性最好,其次是炉冷1,最后是炉冷2,符合大模块钢在空冷情况下的一般规律,其耐磨性都比调质P20钢好,即大模块非调质钢中的表层、中层和心部的耐磨性都达标,符合塑料模具钢对耐磨性能的要求。
