地方高校旅游管理专业应用型人才培养中存在着培养目标没有特色、教学内容与教学方法陈旧、师资队伍单一、校企合作形式化等主要问题,应科学定位应用性培养目标,改革教学内容与方法,建设“双师型”教师队伍,强化实践教学与校企合作,加快制度建设,提升服务地方经济发展的能力,全面推进地方高校旅游管理专业应用型人才培养体系改革。
There are some major problems in the cultivation of applied talents in tourism management specialty in local universities, such as the lack of training target, the obsolete teaching content and teaching method, the single teaching staff and the formalization of the cooperation between school and enterprise. It is necessary to scientifically position the target of applied training and reform the contents and methods of teaching , Build up a team of double-qualified teachers, strengthen practical teaching and cooperation with schools and enterprises, speed up system construction, enhance the ability to serve local economic development, and comprehensively promote the reform of the training system for applied talents in tourism management major in local colleges and universities.
