Physics is an imaginative science that records the great creative spirit of mankind and the process of searching for knowledge. But in many middle school physics classes, its soul, the quality of creative thinking, is drawn away. The rest is only Dead knowledge shell. This state has not allowed middle school students to cultivate their thinking ability and creative awareness in terms of physics. Many teachers now recognize this, and they are trying to explore ways to enrich the content of thinking in physics teaching in middle schools. Comrade Wang Dandong reviewed his current state of physics teaching from the point of view of creative psychology in his paper “Study on Developing Divergent Thinking Ability” and proposed many inspiring insights (though not perfect). Here we have selected the second part of his dissertation in order to arouse the attention of colleagues, and we welcome everyone to discuss this topic together.
