目的:分析2005~2007年句容市丙类传染病网络直报现状,探讨提高疫情监测水平的有效措施。方法:对网络直报情况进行统计分析。结果:2005~2007年丙类传染病报告病种、报告发病例数都较少,疫情数据难以反映其发病情况和危害程度,丙类传染病的依法报告、分析与监测工作亟需加强。结论:要进一步加强各类医务人员丙类传染病知识的培训和法制教育,提高诊断的及时性、准确性,强化丙类传染病报告、监测、管理。
Objective: To analyze the status quo of network direct reports of C infectious diseases in Jurong City from 2005 to 2007, and to explore effective measures to improve the monitoring of epidemic situation. Methods: Statistical analysis of network direct reporting. Results: From 2005 to 2007, the number of reported cases of type C infectious diseases and the number of reported cases were few, the epidemic data hardly reflected their incidence and degree of harm, and the report, analysis and monitoring of type C infectious diseases needed urgent strengthening. Conclusion: We should further strengthen training and legal education on knowledge of Category C infectious diseases of all kinds of medical personnel, improve the timeliness and accuracy of diagnosis, and enhance the reporting, monitoring and management of Type C infectious diseases.
