第一章总则第一条为了加强无线电管理,维护空中电波秩序,有效地利用无线电频谱资源,保证无线电业务的正常进行,促进无线电事业健康有序发展,依据《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条凡在本省行政区域内设置、使用无线电台(站)(以下简称无线电台),研制、生产、进口、销售、维修无线电发射设备,必须遵守本条例。本条例所称的无线电台是指下列电台: (一)固定无线电台; (二)船舶、机车、航空器上使用的制式无线电台;
