进行16%咪鲜·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂对稻种发芽率影响及预防恶苗病效果研究,结果表明:用16%咪鲜·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂700倍液浸种72 h,其发芽率高于清水浸种处理,但发芽速度呈缓慢趋势,对发芽的安全性基本没有影响,且浸种时间缩短,发芽安全性更高。16%咪鲜·杀螟丹可湿性粉剂700倍液浸种24 h对恶苗病的防效不够理想,不宜推荐;浸种30、48、72 h均能有效控制恶苗病的发生。
