简要分析了我国进境植物种苗检疫管理状况,比较分析新西兰、澳大利亚和加拿大等国家在进境植物种苗检疫管理的经验和我国进境种苗管理存在的主要问题,提出了我国进境种苗检疫技术法规体系构建建议。
