甘油已广泛用于梅尼埃病的诊断试验,理论上甘油引起内淋巴的重吸收从而减低内淋巴积水。但其作用在文献却极少报道。作者用15只英格兰豚鼠(350~450g),由后颅窝入路阻塞右侧的内淋巴管和内淋巴囊,左耳留做对照。分为3组,每组5只,Ⅰ组于术后第7天按3g/kg/天服甘油,连续7天;Ⅱ组同上方法连续给药30天;Ⅲ组不接受任何药物。手术后一个月处死,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组则在最后一次服药后24小时处死。分离标本,颞骨连续切片(2μm厚),每第10张切片用haemoaxylin-eosin染色,光镜下检查,微机测容计(MP03)检测中阶和前庭阶容积的大小,术侧与非手术侧耳蜗中阶的面积比值用其前庭阶加中阶面积总和的百分比
Glycerol has been widely used in the diagnosis of Meniere’s disease test. In theory, glycerol causes endolymphatic reabsorption and thus reduces endolymphatic hydrops. But its role in the literature is rarely reported. The authors used 15 guinea pigs (350-450 g) to obstruct the right lymphatic endolymphatic sac and endolymphatic sac by the posterior fossa approach, leaving the left ear as a control.
