为改善青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡的功能，随机将４４例（６０眼）各型中晚期患者，分为丝裂霉素（ＭＭＣ）组及生理盐水组（各３０眼）。ＭＭＣ组小梁切除术中局部应用０．２ｍｇｍｌ－１ＭＭＣ５ｍｉｎ。术后追踪１～１２月。结果示：ＭＭＣ组中为功能性滤过泡的眼显著多于对照组；ＭＭＣ组术后眼压下降率明显大于对照组，且一年时ＭＭＣ组手术成功率显著高于对照组。提示ＭＭＣ是安全、效好的抗瘢痕形成药物。
In order to improve the function of filtering bleb after trabeculectomy, 44 cases (60 eyes) of middle and late stage were randomly divided into mitomycin (MMC) group and saline group (30 eyes each). MMC trabeculectomy local application 0.2mgml-1MMC5min. Follow-up 1 to 12 months. The results showed that: MMC group of functional filtration bleb eyes were significantly more than the control group; MMC group postoperative IOP decreased significantly more than the control group, and a year of MMC group was significantly higher than the success rate of surgery group. Tips MMC is safe and effective anti-scarring drugs.
