黑龙江省农垦总局农业工作会议2012年11月29日,黑龙江省农垦总局召开农业工作会议,农垦总局副局长徐学阳作了题为《坚持绿色发展实施优农战略开创现代化大农业持续快速发展新局面》的工作报告。徐学阳指出,垦区现代化大农业建设保持了快速发展的强劲势头,2012年垦区粮食生产再夺历史性大丰收,实现粮食总产432.6亿斤,夺取了农业生产“九连增”。徐学阳提出,垦区要以学习贯彻落实十八大和总局党委(扩大)会议精神为新起点,促进现代化大农业建设取得更大成绩,2013年总目标:农作物播种面积稳定在4300万
