一、概况鼓形齿轮主要用作齿轮联轴器的外齿轮。现行标准CL型齿轮联轴器(图1a),允许外齿轮轴线对内齿轮轴线的歪斜不能大于30′,而鼓形齿轮联轴器允许的歪斜可达5°。因此能够有效地消除由于制造、安装以及工作时因受力变形,而引起的两联接轴的不同心度。这种联轴器广泛应用于冶金矿山、起重运输机械上。鼓形齿轮的另一用途是作为修缘齿轮,以改善齿轮受力情况。
First, an overview Drum gear is mainly used as external gear gear coupling. The current standard CL gear coupling (Figure 1a) allows skew of the external gear axis to the internal gear axis by no more than 30 ’, while drum gear couplings allow skew up to 5 °. Therefore, it is possible to effectively eliminate the different concentricity of the two coupling shafts caused by mechanical deformation during manufacture, installation and operation. This coupling is widely used in metallurgical mines, lifting transport machinery. Another use of drum gear is as a repair gear, to improve gear stress conditions.
