为研究MRI(磁共振影像) 增强检查对脊柱转移瘤的诊断价值, 对33 例经手术病理证实的脊柱转移瘤, 使用GE (美国通用电器公司) Signa 1.5 Tesla MR扫描和使用Gd-DTPA (顺磁造影剂- 钇二乙烯五胺乙酸) MRI增强检查。结果:Gd-DTPA增强MRI检查能很好显示脊柱转移瘤数目及椎旁肿块和周围组织关系,同时探讨脊柱转移瘤生物学与影像学之间的特征联系, 揭示了脊柱转移瘤典型MRI征象。结论: Gd-DTPA增强检查能更好地显示脊柱转移瘤, 并在脊柱病变中有一定诊断与鉴别诊断价值。总结出显示脊柱转移瘤MRI检查最佳影像学组合是用SE (自旋回波) 序列T1WI(加权像) 与Gd-DTPA T1WI。
To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) enhanced examination of spinal metastases, 33 cases of pathologically confirmed spinal metastasis were scanned with GE (US General Electric) Signa 1.5 Tesla MR and Gd-DTPA. (Paramagnetic contrast agent - quinone diethylenepentamine acetic acid) MRI enhanced examination. RESULTS: Gd-DTPA-enhanced MRI could well show the number of metastases in the spine and the relationship between the paraspinal masses and the surrounding tissue. At the same time, it explored the relationship between the biology of the spinal metastases and imaging and revealed the typical MRI signs of spinal metastases. Conclusion: Gd-DTPA enhanced examination can better show spinal metastases, and has certain diagnostic and differential diagnostic value in spinal lesions. Summarizing the best imaging combination of MRI findings showing spine metastases is using SE (spin echo) sequences T1WI (weighted images) with Gd-DTPA T1WI.
