目的:观察中药“扶正祛积汤”联合GP(吉西他滨联合顺铂)方案化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌的近期临床疗效、不良反应和对患者生活质量、免疫功能的影响,为中药“扶正祛积汤”的临床应用提供依据。方法:将65例进展期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组(中药“扶正祛积汤”联合化疗组,34例)和对照组(化疗组,31例),研究两组近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量和免疫功能变化。结果:相比对照组,治疗组疾病控制率更高,在WBC、HB、PLT骨髓抑制和便秘方面均较小,卡氏评分和体重稳定增加率均更高(P<0.05)。相比治疗前,治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和NK有不同程度提高(P<0.05)。结论:中药“扶正祛积汤”联合GP方案化疗治疗进展期NSCLC,可以提高疗效、减轻化疗不良反应、改善生活质量和提高免疫功能,值的进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the recent clinical curative effect, side effects and quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) combined with GP (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) regimen chemotherapy for quality of life and immune function of patients with traditional Chinese medicine “Fuzheng Qu plot” provides the basis for clinical application. Methods: Sixty-five patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (31 cases) treated with traditional Chinese medicine “Fuzheng Qujiu Decoction”, and the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions , Quality of life and changes in immune function. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a higher rate of disease control, less bone marrow suppression and constipation in WBC, HB, PLT, and higher Karnofsky score and weight gain (P <0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK in the treatment group increased to some extent before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of advanced NSCLC with traditional Chinese medicine “Fuzhengquji Decoction” and GP regimen can improve the curative effect, reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life and enhance the immune function.
