曹菊萍,女,1944年出生,现任常州市中西医结合医院院长、党总支书记,主任医师,江苏省中西医结合名医,全国中西医结合学会理事、省中西医结合学会常委兼影像专业委员会副主任委员。先后获得江苏省劳动模范、江苏省巾帼建功先进个人、江苏省三八红旗手、江苏省优秀党务工作者、江苏省非典型肺炎防治工作先进个人、常州市劳动模范、常州市十佳女卫生工作者、常州市优秀荣誉工会积极分子、常州市政研会优秀工作者等荣誉称号,为常州市第十三届人大代表。现复旦大学研究生学习班科学技术专业哲学系在读。
