用薄铁板制造锥形零件,目前普遍采用的加工方法有手工加工和圆柱体三轴滚床滚弯加工。前者劳动强度大,且效率低,精度差。后者从理论上讲,滚出的零件是近似的,操作过程也复杂。现采用圆锥体三辊轴滚床滚弯锥形零件,经试验能得到所需的圆锥形零件。1.基本原理通过旋转的辊轴,使毛坯在辊轴的作用力和摩擦力作用下,而产生弯曲。毛坯经滚弯后所得的曲度取决于辊轴的相对位置,毛坯的厚度。如图1所示,它们之间的关系可用下式表示。式中d_i:圆锥体辊轴任意横截面内的直径 D_i:圆锥体零件任意横截面内的直径 b:圆锥体零件材料的厚度 H_i、B_i:圆锥体辊轴之间相对距离辊轴之间相对距离H_i和B_i都是变数,根据机床的结构可以任意调整,以适应零件曲度的需要。同时辊轴各处的直径也需要相应的变化。这是因为锥形零件的毛坯是扇形,在滚弯过程中,要求在同一时间内辊轴的大、小端分别通过毛坯的AB和CD的路程,
