研究了在电源分配网络(PDN)中去耦电容不同的放置方法对中频等效电感的影响,找出了满足特定收敛条件要求时所需最少的去耦电容数量。使用了第一性原理方法对谐振腔模型进行了分析。
The influence of different placement methods of decoupling capacitors in the power distribution network (PDN) on the IF equivalent inductance is studied, and the minimum number of decoupling capacitors required to satisfy the specified convergence condition is found out. The first-principles method was used to analyze the cavity model.
