Socialism and the service of people’s science are inseparable. Under the conditions of a gradual transition from a socialist society to a communist society, the role of science is particularly great: science is the biggest factor that accelerates our progress as it strengthens its connection with practice. Twenty years ago, Comrade Stalin pointed out: Only after we have learned the technology and mastered science can the current rate of the Bolsheviks be possible in the socialist economic construction. Comrade Stalin said: “We have overthrew the capitalist system. We have obtained the power. We have created a great socialist industry. We have already brought the middle peasants to the socialist road.”
