按照国家旅游局的规定,山西省也实行统一的导游资格考试制度,标准没有超越《导游人员管理条例》的有关规定。在此制度下培养了大批导游人员,但是整体水平较低,能够为旅游者提供高质量导游服务的较少,导致实际从业人员的数量较少。为了促进山西旅游业的健康发展,我们应该提高导游资格考试的准入标准,强化导游人员的职业意识和服务意识,培养他们的职业能力,切实为山西培养出大批高素质技能型导游人才。
In accordance with the provisions of the National Tourism Administration, Shanxi Province, a unified guide qualification examination system is also implemented, the standard did not go beyond the “Regulations on the management of tour guides,” the relevant provisions. Under this system, a large number of tour guides are trained, but the overall level is relatively low, providing less tourists with high-quality tour guides and resulting in fewer actual employees. In order to promote the healthy development of tourism industry in Shanxi, we should improve the admittance standard of the tour guide qualification examination, strengthen the professional awareness and service awareness of tour guides, train their professional ability, and train a large number of high-quality skilled tour guide talents in Shanxi.
