地下连续墙是集挡土、防渗与承载功能于一体的深基础结构形式。传统地下连续墙的施工方法为单槽段整体施工,整幅地下连续墙由单槽段相互连接而成。本文介绍一种将槽段与接头分开施工的方法,使接头与槽段的施工实现流水作业,并且使每个地下连续墙槽段全部按照闭合幅施工。此外还对地下连续墙接头及槽段成槽质量进行了监测;并分析了地下连续墙在施工时易遇到的困难,给出相应的解决方法;最后从4个方面对不同地下连续墙的施工方法进行了对比分析。
Diaphragm wall is a set of retaining earth, seepage and bearing functions in one form of deep foundation structure. The construction method of the traditional underground continuous wall is the overall construction of a single trough section, and the entire underground continuous wall is formed by connecting single trough sections with each other. This paper presents a method of constructing a groove segment and a joint separately so as to allow the joints and the groove segment to be grouted to work in a flowing manner, and to make all the underground continuous wall groove segments all constructed in a closed web. In addition, the quality of underground continuous wall joints and grooved sections was also monitored. The difficulties encountered in the construction of underground continuous wall were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were given. Finally, the influences of different underground continuous walls Construction methods were compared.
