为了合理的利用金属的塑性,减少裂纹和增加管子横截面的稳定性,必须减少空减径;空减径减少可以改善管材表面质量。给出了中等尺寸 BT_(1-0)钛合金管采用锌扩散涂层,空减径由1~2毫米减少到0.1~0.2毫米的冷轧工艺流程,退火间的道次延伸率和总延伸率。在轧制之前,管坯内外表面采用由表面活性物质 on—10,并以滑石粉作为充填剂组成的粘稠润滑剂进行润滑。轧制时管子外面浇锭子油。结果指出:锌涂层完全
