采用Solidworks三维造型软件设计了汽车雨刮及其浇注系统,利用Anycasting软件对其充型、凝固过程进行了模拟。对充型、卷气和凝固顺序进行了分析,并对缺陷概率进行了预测。结果表明,在现有的工艺参数下金属液能够平稳地充型,铸件形状比较完整,雨刮的凝固过程比较合理,整体上实现了顺序充型和顺序凝固。但在雨刮的两个小孔附近出现了卷气、产生了孤立的熔池,这些地方有可能产生缺陷。
Solidworks three-dimensional modeling software was used to design the vehicle wiper and its pouring system, and its filling and solidification process was simulated by Anycasting software. The filling, air entrainment and solidification sequence were analyzed, and the defect probability was predicted. The results show that under the existing process parameters, the molten metal can be filled smoothly, the shape of the casting is relatively complete, and the solidification process of the wiper is reasonable, and the whole process of sequential filling and sequential solidification is realized. But there was curl around the two holes in the wiper, creating isolated puddles that could have flaws.
