职校学生社团是实施人文技能和素养教育的重要阵地,学生社团的建设和管理,社团活动的组织和开展都很复杂。特别是东莞提出慧教育的口号以后,基于信息化的教育管理发展很快,信息化学生社团建设在学生社团成立、活动方案审批、活动方案开展、工作考核、成绩评优、社团骨干队伍建设等环节都可以发挥重大作用,信息化管理社团能使社团管理内容明确,管理能力得到提高,社团活动更加规范,学生社团更能健康、持续、稳定发展。
The vocational school students’ clubs are an important position for implementing humanistic skills and literacy education. The construction and management of student clubs and the organization and development of club activities are complex. Especially after Dongguan put forward the slogan of Hui Education, the education management based on informatization has developed rapidly. The construction of informatization student clubs has been established in the student clubs, approval of the program of activities, program of activities, job evaluation, performance appraisal, and construction of the backbone team of the society. Links can play a significant role, the information management community can make a clear community management content, management capabilities have been improved, more standardized community activities, student associations more healthy, sustainable and stable development.
