为建立测定聚氨酯塑胶运动场地中铅、锌含量的方法,采用HNO3-HClO4-HF消化体系对各种聚氨酯塑胶运动场地样品进行前处理,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其铅、锌含量。结果显示,该方法铅、锌的加标平均回收率分别为(99.36±3.38)%,(99.53±2.06)%,RSD值分别为3.40%,2.07%。塑胶运动场地中重金属铅、锌含量较高。透气型、混合型和拉纹型产品的铅含量超过了国家土壤环境质量三级标准值;锌的含量除预制型、减震型外均高于国家土壤环境质量一级标准值,最高超标4.69倍。该方法简便快捷,精密度和准确度符合分析要求,适用于塑胶运动场地中铅、锌含量的测定。
In order to establish a method for determination of lead and zinc in polyurethane plastic sports field, samples of various polyurethane plastic sports fields were pretreated with HNO3-HClO4-HF digestion system, and the contents of lead and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the average recoveries of lead and zinc were (99.36 ± 3.38)% and (99.53 ± 2.06)%, respectively, with RSDs of 3.40% and 2.07%, respectively.
