近几年来,由于免疫病理学的飞速发展,人们已经发现循环免疫复合物(Circulate Immune Complex,简称CIC)在许多良性和恶性疾病的发病机制中起着重要作用。CIC是抗原与抗体发生正常应答反应的结果。测定CIC的方法甚多。例如血小板凝集、冷沉淀,超速离心、抗补活性测定、光密度测定、单无性繁殖系类风湿因子固定、补体消耗分析、电子显微镜、免疫荧光、胶固素法、Raji细胞C_3受体测定和Raji细胞放射免疫分析法等18种方法。现将利用聚乙二醇(Polyethylene Glycol,简称PEG)分离循环免疫复合物的几种放射分析法综述于后。
In recent years, due to the rapid development of immunopathology, it has been found that Circulating Immune Complex (CIC) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many benign and malignant diseases. CIC is the result of a normal antigen-antibody response. There are many ways to measure CIC. Such as platelet aggregation, cryoprecipitation, ultracentrifugation, anti-complement assay, densitometry, clonogenic rheumatoid factor immobilization, complement depletion analysis, electron microscopy, immunofluorescence, colloidal fixation, Raji C_3 receptor assay and Raji cell radioimmunoassay and other 18 methods. Now using polyethylene glycol (Polyethylene Glycol, referred to as PEG) to separate circulating immune complexes several radiation analysis reviewed in the post.
