患者 女 ,5 9岁。因咳嗽咳痰 1个月 ,伴盗汗、左胸痛、气促 2 0ｄ来本院内科就诊。拟诊为“左结核性胸膜炎伴积液”而住院治疗。入院前 2个月左中指末节出现肿胀 ,隐痛 ,无发热。外院以“雷米封”等抗结核药物治疗 1个月 ,但无明显效果。检查 :体温正常 ,全身浅表淋巴结未扪及
