使用Formastor热膨胀仪测试了一种低碳中锰中硅双相钢的连续冷却相变过程,并绘制了该钢的CCT曲线;使用连续退火试验机对该双相钢进行了连续退火试验,分析了退火温度、时效温度对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:连续冷却过程中发生珠光体转变、贝氏体转变和马氏体转变的临界冷速分别为2、15、30℃/s;伸长率随退火温度的提高先增大后降低,而屈强比和n值对退火温度不敏感;伸长率随时效温度的提高逐渐降低,而屈强比则升高。
A Formastor thermal dilatometer was used to test the continuous cooling transformation process of the low carbon medium manganese dual phase steel and the CCT curve was drawn. The continuous annealing test was carried out on the dual phase steel using a continuous annealing tester The annealing temperature, aging temperature on the mechanical properties. The results show that the critical cooling rates of pearlite transformation, bainite transformation and martensite transformation during continuous cooling are 2, 15 and 30 ℃ / s, respectively.
