文章从水力学及热力学两个方面对原油管道调合机理进行了分析,得到强化调合的几种方法:采用小管径管线,增加调合管线长度;增大管道内壁的粗糙度;提高调合管内液体的流速。通过实验证明:原油管道调合由于是在管道里密闭进行的,避免了外界水分和杂质侵入油品,减少了油品的氧化,同时油品和添加剂能得到均匀混合,保证了调合的一次合格率;同时也避免了调合过程中轻质馏分的逸出,减少了对大气的污染;在调合过程中,由于使用了仪表计量,使添加剂的加入量非常正确,从而大大降低了添加剂消耗,降低了生产成本。因此,说明原油管道调合是可行的,而且经济、简便。文中并对原油管道调合工艺及控制仪表作了介绍。
